Lucerne Grand is a 570-home development on the Lakeside Drive Government Land Sales site, won by City Developments Limited in June 2025. Five 17-storey residential blocks sit between Boon Lay Way and Lakeside Drive, with Lakeside MRT station at the site’s north-eastern corner and a supermarket and food outlets planned at the first storey.

The same plan shows the MRT track passing above the Wellness Valley strip on the northern side of the grounds — worth asking about when choosing a stack.

Lucerne Grand is developed by CDL Polaris Properties Pte Ltd, part of Singapore-listed City Developments Limited. CDL Polaris Properties and CDL Polaris Commercial were awarded the Lakeside Drive site by the Urban Redevelopment Authority on 9 June 2025 for a 99-year lease.
